Street furnishings create the settings for resting, sitting and eating, and social encounters with others. Corporated with Hulu Culture and sponsored by HK Jockey Club Heritage x Arts x Design Walk Project, Kai Fong Library is street furniture with important social significance in the Tin Shui Wai community. Inspired by the concept of book sharing from other countries, the design utilizes upcycling materials to achieve the principle of sustainability. It is placed in the sheltered public space to create a pleasant reading space drawing people in together.

街頭擺設可以創造一個社交聚會的環境, 方便人們坐下休息以至用餐。 與葫蘆文化合作，以及由香港賽馬會「港文化．港創意」贊助，街坊書櫃是天水圍社區一個具重要社會意義的街頭擺設。 參考其他國家共享圖書概念，該設計利用了可回收材料來實現可持續性原則。　它被放置在涼亭下，以創建一個宜人的閱讀空間，將人們聚集在一起。
